A deposit of 50% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 1 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $500.00 CAD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $CAD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

We are located 5 minutes outside of Port Carling. Centrally located in Muskoka within miles of Bracebridge, Huntsville, parry sound and windemere house. Over 1.5 acres of land that the dogs and kids wil enjoy for hours. Sandy beach for little people and deep water for the hearty folk. All within 250 ft of gorgeous beach front on lake Muskoka. There are many trees on the property providing many shaded areas. There is a beautiful stone fireplace at the waterfront for those close family moments.
