A deposit of 50% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 4 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $350.00 CAD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $CAD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

Modern three bedroom luxury lakefront cottage, comfortably sleeps six and is available year round. The cottage has a warm and relaxing feeling with extensive use of pine. The sandy beach is child safe with shallow access and no drop offs.

Delight in marshmallow and wiener roasts in our fire pit or swing in our hammock watching the sunsets.  Wake up to a beautiful view of the lake and enjoy the scenic surroundings on our private well-treed property with year-round access on crystal clear, clean, weed free Vernon lake. Property located in Huntsville for a variety of restaurants and shopping. For winter fun you can enjoy snowmobiling and cross-country skiing on nearby trails, or for Downhill skiing - You're only 15 minutes from Hidden Valley. The cottage is 5 years old and immaculately clean.
