Located on paved road, 10 minutes from Carleton Place and 45 minutes from Parliament Buildings in centre town Ottawa.  Older cottage surrounded by permanent homes.  Child oriented place with fenced yard and lake right  beside cottage for easy monitoring of swimmers.
   
One large bedroom on main level with queen bed and fold away bed.  Two very small bedrooms on second level each with two single beds.  Full bathroom on main level.  Airconditioner in upper level plus cross window ventilation keeps upstairs cool. 

Located on Mississippi Lake in a quiet community close to the Ottawa Valley town of Carleton Place.  Good swimming and canoeing,
