A deposit of 30% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
A deposit of $200.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 10 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $500.00 CAD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $CAD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

We are located on Chemong Lake in the Kawarthas.  We are 8 minutes north of Peterborough and 90 minutes NE of Toronto, Ont.  We are in the village of Bridgenorth. Chemong Lake is part of the tri-Lakes and you can go into Peigon Lake and Buckhorn Lake without entering any Locks.

Imagine your own private 1,500 sq. feet of luxurious living right on the lake.  You have you own patio which includes a Hot Tub and a eight person cedar lined Sauna that looks out on the Lake.  You have a 60 X 8 foot dock to use and you have free dockage for you boat.  Then enjoy free use of two Aqua Pontoon Bikes that are super fun  and a paddle boat for your use as a guest.  There is great fishing and a fishing boat that you can rent.
