A deposit of 100% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
A deposit of $300.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 4 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $300.00 CAD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 15 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $CAD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

The cottage is located in a quiet area of Wasaga Beach, very close to local amenities and steps away from the beach.  The cottage is comfortably well furnished and decorated with all of the conveniences of home.   Large decks front and back on a tree shaded lot provide a very warm and quiet setting for your vaction. 

A spacious kid friendly backyard with a trampoline and swings offer a place to relax when back from the beach.  A firepit and BBQ are there for cooking your meals or just toasting marshmellows in the evenings on an open fire.

You can enjoy many local restaurants or enjoy your dinners at home with a well appointed kitchen and a large dining area.  A family with TV/DVD/VCR  with satelitte is there so the kids can enjoy their entertainment while mom and dad relax.  High speed internet is avaialble to help keep you in touch.
